1. Tell us about yourself?

I am Saurabh, IT professional also a proud Network Marketing Professional.

2. In your words what is Network Marketing & How you come into Network Marketing?

Networking Marketing in my view is miracle business which allows a common to work for his dreams without much over heads and risks, I was lucky enough to get introduced to this business when I was running traditional business of Educational counselling, through one of my friend I saw immense opportunity to market world class products plus huge leverage of other people time and effort which was not there in my business.

Idea of utilizing other people effort without need to pay them was very interesting to me which helped me dream big not only to work for financial freedom but also complete time freedom.

3. What is YOUR REASON to do Network Marketing business?

This is my chance to build my legacy which not only helps me to build fortune but also for my coming generations.
It’s my vehicle to become RICH (Residual Income creates happiness).

4. What you will suggest to people who have just started with Network Marketing?

Don treat this business as if buying a lottery ticket and hoping to become lucky.
Take it as a serious business by keeping in mind long term view for at least next 3-5years.

And initially focus on learning skills rather than on earning and keep doing basics of business.
You will end up making your empire along with it will not only change your life but others also.

5. Many people face difficulties in Lead Generation in Network Marketing. How do you generate leads?

Yes finding people to talk to for business is one of the major challenge people faces, this also a skill a professional network marketer develops over time. I also some time struggles in this skill.

I mainly focus on people which I meet in my day to day task. Interacting with people taking their contact details connecting with them again to check if they are open to look in to business.
Then as soon I recruit I focus on their network to build in depth.
Some of the technique’s I use prospecting through cards distribution, utilizing social media to connect with people about my business.

6. How do you manage to keep yourself & your Team Motivated?

Through Personal development I make sure daily I put positive stuff in my mind through good books, audios and videos.Whenever I get some time whether at home or travelling I am with some motivation material and I make sure to attend every meeting of my business where you get chance to meet other successful people it helps me to always in positive frame of mind and motivated.

Instead of focusing on motivating team I mainly focus on inspiring them by being myself being good Independent distributor of company and showing them working hard which automatically motivates them to work for their dreams and I always make sure I am available to them for guidance and support & training.

7. How People react when they know you are into Network Marketing?

Initially when I started it was tough as I was also in doubt phase whether doing this business is right or not.

Now with time, knowledge and skills has improved and through which confidence has developed now surprisingly people also react in very positive way unlike earlier.

Now they also want to know what I am doing. Now I came to know people reaction all depend how you feel about your business. People like to see and work with confident person who knows where he/she is going.

8. Can Network Marketing really change someone`s life?

I strongly believe in that network marketing can change someone’s life not only financially, emotionally, socially and spiritually as well.

This is holistic development of person and it happens not in any other business apart from network marketing business.

9. What do you do when you aren’t doing business?

I am into reading, listening good audio or watching video basically in to learning.

10. Any Secret Tip or Message you like to share to help fellow Network Marketers?

Follow daily method of operation weather you talk to 2 people per day or 30 people a day decide what you can do per day to build your business just do it without fail weather you like it or not.

Don’t worry about getting it right initially you will improve with time and feedback
Always keep learning and working rest all will be fine.

      Hey Ivan, This is exactly true mate!

      If you are not confident about the business, it reflects when you talk with prospects. And if you have the confidence & the belief within you, prospects see’s that as well. Its all contagious, it spreads, people around can feel that.
